Below are three easy steps to follow that will help you get started.
Step 1) Register. registration is neccessary in order to acces all forms. Just click "log in" and it will aske you to imput and email address and password. The email address you enter is very important; Please make sure it is your primary contact email, as this will be our way of staying in touch with you.
Step 2) Contact us prior to placing a listing**. We will then give you access to the forms that need to be completed, including a checklist for your convenience, prior to listing.
Step 3) Download and complete forms that you have been given access to, email or fax them back to us. Once this process is complete you may get started with the listing.
** If you have already taken the listing, Please register and input your sellers information. No matter where you are in the process we will pick up the pieces and expedite the process.
